After that, come see Melanie for your personalized core workouts and postpartum classes. This will help you connect with other new mothers in the community and give you a safe space to be and feel completely your "New Normal" in.

I can give you the full care and attention you deserve, by offering in home pelvic floor Postnatal Visits, or in the studio. My goal is to leave you feeling empowered, educated and prepared to work on your needs, all while reducing any stress. This time for yourself will allow you to pay attention to your body and its needs as well as your baby and their needs.

This Pelvic floor assesment is not internal, or covered by medical.

From the comfort of your own home, or in person (numbers extremely limited) we use the google meet online platform to run this class. This is only available to those who have had a Pelvic Floor assesment done by myself or Maryla, and/or attended this program previously.

Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very hard and stressful. The goal with Postpartum Support service, is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need someone, there will be support there for you.

Melanie was recommended by my Chiropractor Carly Mattson saying she would never do anything that would hurt me and that she's very knowleadgable on postpartum healing. I started off having to hold the railing to go downstairs and peeing while just laughing. After attending her classes my core strengthened to be able to do all the things I could do before and my flexibility improved. I will be going back to her for our next kid too.
