Melanie Graversen

I have a unique skill for reading the body and finding the "sticky spots" before you even tell me about them. I start clients off with a core screening to assess and feel the body and then work to shift stagnant energy and put you into the best suited program and class for you. 

I have a passion for form and optimum movements which starts at the foundation of the core and underlying systems.

My experience includes:

  • Certified personal trainer

  • Deep tissue energetic release therapist

  • Certified pre and postnatal fitness and yoga instructor 

  • Core and pelvic floor specialist trainer

  • Completion of Alchemy of Women

I feel confident and honoured to be able to share my expertise with the Sunshine Coast in my beautiful studio which offers a place to heal, grow, strengthen and thrive.

As a class based trainer I prefer small groups (maximum 7 people) so I can focus on form and the individual needs of each participant.
