All About Me
I have a skill for reading the body and finding the "sticky spots" before you even tell me about them. I star clients off with a core screening to assess and feel the body and then work to shift stagnant energy and put you into the best suited program and class for you.
I have a passion for form and optimum movements which starts at the foundation of the core and underlying systems.

As a class based trainer I prefer small groups (max 7) so I can focus on form and the individual needs of each participant.
